Things I love enough to dedicate a section to.
Photography
Despite never owning a professional camera (though I did and still own a couple of digicams), I've began exploring the art of photography back in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was back in December 2020 that I first started taking pictures with my phone seriously, when I got iPhone 11. The camera was much better than on iPhone 7 (my previous phone). There were barely any new pictures of my city back then, so I decided to take a walk around the city (I ended up doing this several times throughout December and January) and photograph everything I saw that caught my eye.
Since then, I've been regularly taking photographs, not just of my city, but also of places that I've travelled to. I have iPhone 15 now and it's been a great tool for capturing moments. After a lot of hesitation, I've opened my photography account on Instagram in early 2026, to showcase what I've captured over the years. Some of the pictures I took were from my phone camera, while some were taken with professional cameras that I've borrowed.
I particularly love capturing Art Nouveau architecture, which is my favourite style of architecture. All digicams I own are from Panasonic Lumix. I'd like to own a professional camera one day.
Politics
As a child, I've taken part in various political activities, mainly because my mom was a member of the Liberal Democratic Party during the 2000s and early 2010s. I've met many politicians, including LDP leader Čedomir Jovanović, whom I met several times. Beginning in 2018, I invested myself to spend more time in engaging with political issues, especially Serbian politics. Since then, I've taken part in all major protests in the country, and in Pančevo as well. I've never been a member of any political party as I've always disliked them and do not believe that any relevant political party supports my values. Most recently, I was the initiator of the student protests at my faculty back in December 2024, having been the person who brought over 500 students in a span of a few days and created all documents that have been used on all plenums since the beginning on 11 December 2024.
I initially identified as a liberal and later as a social democrat, before shifting more leftwards after the COVID-19 pandemic. I now identify as a communist and a Marxist, having been inspired by the ideas of Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, and Rosa Luxemburg. I disawov political reformism and instead endorse a societal transformation. I hold strong progressive, egalitarian, and eco-socialist views. I support expanding public transport and bike infrastructure, while limiting car usage. I'm a stalwart anti-imperialist, anti-Zionist, anti-fascist, and anti-liberal. I also strongly oppose EU and NATO and call for their dissolution. I oppose the existence of borders and states. I support expanding animal rights and animal welfare, disbanding army forces and the police, closure of prisons, and improving mental health facilities.
Video games
I've been fascinated by video games since I was a kid, having been obsessed with Super Mario titles, both on PC and consoles, as well as various other indie and browser-based games. While I do not play them as frequently as I used to, I still enjoy following the industry and discussing the latest releases with fellow enthusiasts. In 2025, I began collecting physical video games and consoles so that I can experience the childhood wonder of playing games the way they were meant to be played.
Music
As someone who went to a Musical School, I can say that I have some experience in determining what kind of music I like and what doesn't resonate with me. I've always liked rock music, but I've also explored other genres such as pop and electronic.
Writing & books
I have always had creative ideas about what I should write, mostly because of my autism. Nevertheless, I have never actually tried expressing myself in that way until 2023, when I launched Emanacija with a couple of friends. Emanacija was an Instagram page where we posted various stories related to our interests. Although it did not last long, it was a valuable experience for me. I've later launched a blog on Substack, which was unsuccessful (I wrote two articles in a span of a year). This time, as I've said on my blog on this website, I'll try creating zines, both in short- and long-form. I'll update this part if it went into the direction I'd like it to go!
